Service and Repair

Gencat.Tech operates an approved Samsung appliance repair centre. Our service repair centre is available to the public for repairs to appliances within or outside their warranty period. We carry original Samsung parts for Washing Machines, Washer Dryers, Dryers and Floor Appliances. We offer a guarantee on all our parts and repairs.

Our service and repair centre is located in Dublin 11. We have a Nationwide seven-day collection and delivery service for most regions of the country. If you require a collection service call 01 8600 444 Monday to Saturday. Our customer service desk is open 09.00am till 17.00pm. 

If your appliance is out of warranty, we would be pleased to provide you with a quotation for repairing your appliance. We do provide a call out service to fix minor issues with appliances however for major repairs we will only make repairs to appliances in our workshop. All of our repair work comes with a three-month guarantee.
