Gencat provide Manufacturers, Distributors and Retailers with a last mile delivery service for home and business appliances. For customers who require an elevated level of service we have the experience and expertiese to communicate and deliver a first class service. 

Servicing the 32 counties of Ireland on a weekly basis our two man crews Deliver, Instal and Service Appliances. We also have an appliance service centre where our technicians carry out repairs and pre installation adjustments to appliances. We provide a reverse logistics service for appliance manufacturers for recovery, repair, recycling or disposal of appliances.

From the initial service order to the recycling of the customers WEEE we know and understand the importance getting that customer promise right first time everytime.  

Crew training and staff empowerment play a significant part in ensuring that our standard of service is not alone maintained but continually enhanced. Crews switch on the customer experience from the time they make first precall prior to delivery. They are the face and voice of our Clients and play their part in polishing the customer experience.

All of our vehicles are fitted with telematics, GPS tracking and cameras. This allows us to provide our Clients with a high level of security and their customers can track their appliance as it makes its way to them.
